Service Rates

Initial Visit 1.5 hour visit.  $90 plus tax 

 

Our initial visit is a time for learning your pet's history, diagnosis, reviewing veterinary x-rays and records provided and your goals. 

We get a better understanding go your pet's needs by doing a gait analysis, hands on palpation, and testing of flexion, extension and ability of use. Video and measurements may be taken for reference. 

We treat the whole pet because with each injury or weakness comes compensation issues to other areas of the body that are over doing it to help the weak area. During this visit your pet's needs and home environment may be discussed with relevance to safety, stairs, mats, harness or other therapy aids.

A laser therapy session is included if required. Visit summary emails are sent for owners to have a reference of the session which includes homework notes.

Follow up Visits  1 hour. $60 plus tax

Follow up visits are usually scheduled once a week after the initial visit.  These visits are used to treat and progress your pet.  Laser therapy, exercises, stretch testing and demonstrations for homework are included in these visits.  Each follow up visit starts with a gait analysis, palpation, understanding of the past weeks progress and issues which may have a bearing on the follow up visits content and any questions the owner may have.

ALL visits are followed up with a visit summary notes emailed to help you remember what we did, what the additions are to your home exercise protocol and additional information for your pet.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

 

We appreciate your patronage. Your session times are reserved for you. Because of the nature of our business and limited availability, short notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) will have to be charged.  If you are not able to keep your appointment please inform us at least 24 hours in advance so that you can avoid any unnecessary costs as well this will open up the opportunity for us to offer the space to another dog in need of therapy. Please do not bring sick dogs to our facility.  If you or a person in your household is sick please wear a mask if you are still able to attend your session.

We accept cash, cheques, e-transfers payable at time of service.

At this time we do not accept credit cards.
